Ventures
Spin-offs, when the framework earns its own footing.
Plurimatter is a boutique studio first. Some of the frameworks we build inside engagements turn out to be repeatable — not just for one client, but for a real market. When that happens, we sometimes spin them out as standalone ventures.
We don’t lead with this. Most consultancies that announce a venture studio on day one dilute their advisory practice and never raise the capital a real studio needs. We’d rather earn the right to launch a venture by validating it inside a paid engagement first — then standing it up as its own company, with its own team and its own economics.
The page is here so the architecture is honest. When a venture goes live, you’ll find it linked from this page with a clear note on what it does and how it relates back to the studio.
